Pastors Randy & Ginger Dean have been pastors here at LWC since May of 1988. Pastor Randy has been an ordained minister for 38 years.  Pastors Randy & Ginger have been ordained by the Apostolic team that represents Global Legacy, which is the ordaining arm of their connection with Bethel Church and Pastor Bill Johnson in Redding California.  This connection opens an avenue in the Kingdom of God with this international network of churches. 

Pastor Randy is actively involved with Youth Alive, Inc. a networking inter-denominational youth ministry, serves on the local Ministerial Association, has served in an elected position on the Board of Education of the Clear Lake School District for 15 years, on which he presently serves as Chair.   All these activities give LWC a greater visibility and serve to promote unity and influence in the Body of Christ in our area.

Our First Lady, Pastor Ginger, heads up the Worship & Arts Department, giving release to the Kingdom of the Arts in our services. This includes Worship, Altar Guild & Drama. She also is Administrator of our office staff, leads our New Members Receptions, is on the leadership team of our Women’s Ministry.

Pastor Darren & Libby Hose are a vital part of the life of LWC.  Pastor Darren pastors our Voice of Hope Youth group. He has a powerful, unique way of reaching youth of all backgrounds and stations in life. We call him our “Pied Piper” minister because where Pastor Darren is, youth follow.  Pastor Darren also heads up our Missions Ministry, leading annual trips into Mexico and Guatemala.   Libby is the Director of our Worship. She masterfully leads us into the presence of the Lord in each service. Libby also heads up the Women’s Ministry, Redeeming Radiance.

Pastor Steve & Ronda Olson Pastor Steve along with his wife, Ronda leads “Impact Ministries”, utilizing counseling and ministry in the drug/alcohol recovery.  Pastor Steve also teaches our Adult Sunday School Class.
